Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS)

All employees must have at least BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) security clearance.

Security Clearance (SC)

Employees that have access to secure systems must have SC (Security Clearance) clearance.

Official Secrets Acts and Confidentiality Declaration

All employees must sign the Official Secrets Act and Confidentiality declaration.

Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Services (Enhanced DBS)

Employees that have access to secure systems or visit customer sites must be DBS Enhanced cleared.

Security Operating Procedures (SyOPs)

There is a Security Operating Procedures (SyOPs) policy (including acceptable usage, secure working, etc), that all employees and contractors are required to adhere to. Knowledge of and acceptance to these terms must be signed on a register on an annual basis.

Data Protection Responsibilities

There is Data Protection policy, and subordinate documents that all employees and contractors are required to adhere to. Knowledge of and acceptance to these terms must be signed on a register on an annual basis.
